Role & responsibilities:

JD for the Solar Consultant role

Locations & Priority:

• Hyderabad  
• Chennai
• Bangalore
• Bhopal 
• Gwalior 
• Ahmedabad

Role: Core Field Sales (Male candidates only)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: Below 3233 years

• Experience: 1–6 years in 

  direct/field sales

   (higher ticket size sales of 50k–1 lakh preferred)

• Background: Candidates with dealer/distribution or channel partner sales exposure arenotconsidered.

• Communication: Good communication skills, street-smart, strong sales acumen.

• Regional Language Proficiency:

• Bangalore Kannada

• Hyderabad Telugu

• Chennai Tamil

• Must own a 2-wheeler (field visits are mandatory)

Exclusions:

• No freshers
• Avoid candidates from credit card or SIM card selling background
• Avoid candidates with low ticket size sales experience

Work Schedule:

• 6 working days: 

  Tuesday to Sunday

• Weekly off: 

  Monday

Interview Process:

• 1st Round Zonal Sales Manager
• 2nd Round ADOS
• 3rd Round AVP

• All three rounds will be conducted 

  virtually
