Solar Consultant

As a Solar Consultant at SolarSquare, you will play a crucial role in promoting residential solar solutions and contributing to the mission of bringing clean energy to India. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct an average of 3 daily field meetings, covering approximately 50 km to pitch SolarSquare's solar solutions to residential, commercial, and agricultural clients. - Demonstrate product benefits through on-ground demos and cold walk-ins to secure deals. - Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and meet monthly order targets. - Collaborate with marketing for both BTL and ATL campaigns to drive customer interest. - Manage end-to-end documentation for customer onboarding, including subsidy applications and net-metering agreements. - Coordinate with installation teams and address customer queries post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction. - Utilize tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms to track leads, sales progress, and customer interactions. - Provide regular reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and market feedback to the Regional Sales Head. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any stream. - 1-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Real Estate, Telecom, Insurance, or Consumer Durables. - Excellent communication skills, target-driven mindset, and self-motivated attitude.
