Role Description This is a contract, hybrid role for a Solar Consultant based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with the flexibility to work remotely. The Solar Consultant will engage in lead generation and client prospecting, conduct site surveys, and provide vendor-neutral solar solutions. The responsibilities include preparing proposals, explaining system benefits to potential clients, and managing relationships to ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, the consultant will collaborate with teams for project initiation and coordination while ensuring each project aligns with SolarEssentials' quality and transparency standards. Qualifications Experience and knowledge in the Solar Industry and Solar Power solutions Proven ability in Lead Generation and cultivating client relationships Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in preparing technical and financial proposals Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment Basic understanding of local electrical and regulatory standards is advantageous
