About the Role

Enoylity Media Creations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Tester to ensure the flawless performance of our SaaS platform — CollabGlam. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing of web applications, focusing on functional, regression, API, and cross-browser testing.
You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and the product team to maintain high-quality standards and deliver a seamless user experience.

Primary Responsibilities (SaaS Testing First)Functional & Regression Testing

• Test and validate key modules of the CollabGlam SaaS platform.
• Verify user flows for influencers, brands, campaigns, payments, and dashboards.
• Conduct regression testing after each deployment or update.
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs or broken flows.

End-to-End (E2E) Testing

• Perform complete workflow testing across modules.
• Validate frontend and backend consistency.
• Ensure all SaaS processes function smoothly from start to finish.

API Testing

• Use Postman to test APIs for accuracy, status codes, and error handling.
• Validate backend data synchronization and logic.
• Test authentication and authorization endpoints.

UI/UX & Responsive Testing

• Identify design inconsistencies and UI misalignments.
• Test responsiveness across mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.
• Verify browser compatibility (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.).

Bug Reporting & Documentation

• Create structured bug reports with clear steps and visuals.
• Maintain updated QA checklists, test cases, and reports.
• Provide feedback to developers and track issue resolutions.

Secondary ResponsibilitiesBasic Database Validation

• Use basic SQL/NoSQL queries to validate data integrity.
• Check database entries post user interactions.

Team Coordination

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and the product team.
• Re-test fixed issues and confirm regression stability.
• Participate in sprint planning and QA standups.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of manual software testing or QA experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS/web application testing.
• Experience with functional, regression, and E2E testing.
• Proficiency in Postman for API validation.
• Knowledge of responsive and cross-browser testing.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing SaaS or product-based platforms.
• Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or Notion.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Performance-based incentives).

Work Schedule

Monday–Saturday — 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST)
