We are seeking a 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 with strong expertise in 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗘𝗧𝗟 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 to lead the QA function across data and analytics platforms. This role will be responsible for 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗢𝗽𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

𝟭. 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆

 • Define and maintain test strategy, plans, and reusable templates across data projects.

 • Drive end-to-end test lifecycle for 𝗘𝗧𝗟 (𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀, 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆), 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗜 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

 • Collaborate with architects and BAs to define testable requirements and coverage scope.

 • Ensure alignment with SDLC/QA standards and regulatory compliance (GxP/CSV where applicable).

𝟮. 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

 • Execute manual and automated testing for 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀.

 • Build automated test scripts using 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻, 𝗦𝗤𝗟, 𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻-𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 test frameworks.

 • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines using 𝗝𝗲𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝘀, 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗢𝗽𝘀, 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀.

 • Perform end-to-end data validation, source-to-target mapping tests, and report visual checks.

𝟯. 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

 • Lead defect triage meetings and root cause discussions with developers and data engineers.

 • Use JIRA + X-Ray or similar tools for test management and compliance documentation.

 • Publish test dashboards and KPIs to track progress, coverage, and quality metrics.

 • Ensure timely sign-off of test summary reports and stakeholder alignment.

𝟰. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽

 • Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of test excellence and ownership.

 • Champion BDD principles using frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow.

 • Drive innovation in 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗢𝗽𝘀 𝗤𝗔 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 provisioning.

 • Support UAT facilitation and business-facing testing activities.

𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

 • 5+ years of 𝗤𝗔/𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, with at least 2+ years in a Test Lead capacity.

 • Experience testing modern 𝗘𝗧𝗟 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 (𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀, 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆).

 • Hands-on t𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗤𝗟 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗜, 𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘂 𝗱𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀.

 • Test management tools: JIRA, X-Ray, Zephyr or equivalent.

 • Version control: 𝗚𝗶𝘁𝗛𝘂𝗯 𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗯𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁.

 • CI/CD exposure: Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps.

 • Programming: Python, SQL (must); BDD framework experience (nice to have).

 • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

 • Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

 • Experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, or Cypress.

 • Familiarity with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

 • Exposure to healthcare, pharma, or regulated environments (CSV, GxP).
