Software Technical Support Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Software Technical Support Executive for our Jaipur office who can handle technical support for messaging platforms and APIs, along with day-to-day office and coordination work. The role requires strong communication skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to support clients and internal teams efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support (Primary Role)Provide first-level technical support for AI Bot calling, Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Google RCS, IVR, Voice & API-based services Handle client queries related to message delivery, reports, errors, templates, and integrations Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution and follow-ups Monitor system dashboards and assist in troubleshooting Maintain ticketing, support logs, and issue status updates Official & Office WorkPrepare basic reports, proposals, and client documentation Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams Manage client onboarding documentation and KYC-related records Handle internal coordination, follow-ups, and email communication Support management in daily operational and administrative tasks Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in IT / Computer Science / Any relevant discipline Basic knowledge of software applications, APIs, and messaging platforms Understanding of SMS, WhatsApp API, RCS, or telecom services (preferred) Good communication skills in English & Hindi Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail Experience0–3 years of experience in technical support / IT support Freshers with good technical understanding may also apply Preferred AttributesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Client-handling and coordination skills Willingness to learn new technologies Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset Work Location & Timing Office-based role – Jaipur Full-time position What We OfferGrowth opportunities in AI & Digital Communication domain Exposure to enterprise clients and platforms Supportive team environment Skill enhancement and learning opportunities 6 Days working
