Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
Log and track customer issues, ensuring proper documentation.

Requirements:
B.Com / BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science graduate.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
Preferred:
Prior experience in customer support or technical support is a plus.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools.
