Technical Support Executive

We have urgent opening for the position of Technical Support Executive (Online/Onsite)

Any graduate with good communication skills and willing to learn and grow is welcome.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients' on company's software Online and Onsite
• Use intellect and knowledge to solve customer's problem through phone call, or mail
• Be in direct contact with customer for software related problem/query of them.
• Be a part of high performing team and managing self and others
• Learn from seniors and colleague and implement the skills in the industry
• Travelling to Client for Training

Required Education & Experience:

• Should be a graduate
• High level of initiative with ability to self-manage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills.

Skill sets/Experience we require:

• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
