Software Support Executive

Role Overview: You will be working as an L1 level Software Bug Fixer, providing first-level support for software applications through email, phone, or ticketing systems. Your responsibilities will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues reported by end-users, escalating unresolved issues to senior engineers or the development team with detailed documentation, and monitoring system logs and error reports to identify and resolve recurring issues. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level support for software applications through email, phone, or ticketing systems - Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by end-users - Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or the development team with detailed documentation - Monitor system logs and error reports to identify and resolve recurring issues - Assist in software installation, configuration, and updates for clients and internal users - Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and user interactions - Participate in testing software patches and updates before deployment - Provide user training or create help documents as needed - Collaborate with QA and development teams to improve product reliability Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Visual Studio .NET for developing and maintaining robust applications - Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL for database design, querying, and optimization - Familiarity with web technologies such as JAVA, JavaScript, and APIs will be advantageous Company Additional Details: This is a full-time position offering benefits including commuter assistance, life insurance, and provident fund.
