Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and provide technical support for web-based applications. Identify, replicate, and document software bugs for the development team. Support database management activities, including data migration, backup, and restoration. Monitor application performance, analyse logs, and report recurring issues. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilisation of the software. Preferred/Additional Skills: Familiarity with the medical/biomedical domain will be an added advantage. Working knowledge of PHP and SQL for troubleshooting and support. Preferred Qualifications: B.Tech./Diploma in Computer/Biomedical Engineering. MCA/BCA/MSc.
