MERN Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to maintain, enhance, and develop new features for our existing application built on React, Node.js, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the full stack and be able to work independently on both frontend and backend tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and API integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Manage database operations, including design, queries, and performance tuning.
• Deploy and maintain the application in production environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in:
• React.js (Hooks, Context API, State Management)
• Node.js & Express.js
• MongoDB (Aggregation, Indexing, Schema Design)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel) and package managers (npm/yarn).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
• Knowledge of cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications.
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant full-stack development experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
