Software Support Analyst

As a successful candidate for this position, you will ideally possess 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, particularly within a SaaS environment. Familiarity with working in the Pacific Time Zone is highly preferred for this role. Experience with a helpdesk ticketing system, especially ZenDesk, would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required for this role. You should have strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and cost-effectively. Effective communication with both team members and clients is essential, so excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are a must, with a focus on phone, email, and online correspondence. Collaboration with development, product management, and customer onboarding teams is key to providing efficient customer care. Therefore, you should demonstrate a high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism in your work. Being a self-starter with excellent organizational and planning abilities is crucial for success in this role. While proficiency in Excel fundamentals is considered a plus, any knowledge of accounting and audit practices would also be beneficial.
