Job Description

As a Software Support Analyst, your primary role will be to assist in the setup, maintenance, and daily support of an internal loan processing platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling day-to-day configuration updates within the system. - Supporting internal users with access, roles, and basic troubleshooting. - Updating forms, workflow steps, and system settings as needed. - Assisting teams by gathering requirements for small system changes. - Monitoring system behavior and reporting areas that need improvement. - Coordinating with technical teams for testing and validating updates. - Helping document processes and maintain change logs. To excel in this role, you will need the following skills: - Experience working with software systems in a support or configuration role. - Understanding of general loan or operations workflows (preferred but not required). - Ability to manage system updates, user setups, and workflow tasks. - Problem-solving skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams. - Clear written and verbal communication. It would be nice to have experience supporting loan systems or enterprise tools, familiarity with form updates, rules, or workflow setup, and exposure to API-based tools or third-party integrations (not mandatory).,
