As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring platform quality by collaborating with development teams to conduct manual and automated testing for products in active development and regression testing. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing test plans, automating end-to-end (E2E) tests using JavaScript and Selenium, and working globally to deliver defect-free software. You should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in QA, with expertise in manual and automated test plan creation and execution. Proficiency in Java and Selenium for test automation is essential, along with experience in CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests. Your strong collaboration skills will be key in partnering with development teams on active projects, and your solid understanding of web-based software systems and regression testing will be valuable assets. Bonus points if you are familiar with performance testing and operations workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. A B. Tech / B.E/ BCA/ MCA / MTech degree is the minimum eligibility criteria for this role. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with developers to create and execute manual test plans, developing and maintaining automated E2E test scripts, conducting functional and regression testing, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with developers to identify and resolve defects early in development. You will also document test results and provide actionable feedback to enhance platform usability. This is a permanent role that requires you to work from the office on a full-time basis, with fixed shifts from Monday to Friday.
