About Us:We are a leading provider of technology-driven solutions for the logistics and transportation sector. Our suite of products includes Vehicle Tracking Systems, Fuel Management Tools, Transport Management Software (TMS), and more – all tailored to optimize fleet performance and logistics operations. Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for promoting our software products in the logistics sector. The ideal candidate should also be capable of training new customers and users on how to effectively use our platforms. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients in the logistics, transport, and fleet management space Generate leads through cold calling, digital marketing, and industry networking Deliver engaging product presentations and demos to prospective customers Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new clients on how to use our software Collect client feedback and coordinate with the technical team for product improvements Participate in logistics expos, roadshows, or webinars to represent the company Prepare and present sales reports and growth metrics to the management team Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field 1–3 years of experience in software sales (experience in logistics sector is a strong plus) Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English Strong understanding of SaaS-based models and B2B sales Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or training Preferred:Knowledge of logistics industry workflows and pain points Prior experience with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms Fluency in additional regional languages Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work on innovative products impacting the logistics ecosystem Training support
