Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for lead generation, sales execution, and account management, working closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead GenerationIdentify and engage SMB and Enterprise clients to promote AI-driven automation solutions.Develop and execute lead generation strategies and client discovery meetings.Cold call and email key prospects to establish engagement.Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to drive sales opportunities.Present tailored business use cases and value propositions for AI solutions.Sales Execution & Account ManagementManage the end-to-end sales process, including discovery calls, solution presentations, and deal closures.Qualify clients by understanding their challenges and aligning solutions accordingly.Work with internal teams to develop customized proposals and AI solutions.Provide ongoing account management and post-sales support to ensure client success.Sales Strategy & Market ExpansionCollaborate with the marketing and content team to create a monthly newsletter showcasing AI industry insights.Identify key events, conferences, and networking opportunities for CAW Technologies and explore participation.Stay updated on industry trends in Conversational AI, Generative AI, and automation.Provide insights into market needs and customer challenges to refine AI solution offerings.Sales Operations & KPI ManagementSupport the Sales Head with forecasting calls, pipeline updates, outreach planning, and performance reviews.Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach activities, lead generation, and revenue contributions.Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reports to track performance and optimize processes.Qualifications3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, and client discovery.Familiarity with Conversational AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Automation platforms (AI Agents, AI Chatbots, IVA platforms).Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to qualify clients, manage the sales cycle, and close deals effectively.Experience in Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, and Account Management.Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.Previous experience in the software industry is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Why Join Us?Work with cutting-edge AI solutions shaping the future of automation.Take ownership of high-value AI sales initiatives and drive business growth.Engage with top-tier businesses adopting AI solutions.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
