About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Analyst to support our international business development efforts in IT services and consulting.
This role is critical in identifying potential clients, generating high-quality leads, and enabling the sales team to grow business pipelines across global markets.
The ideal candidate has strong research capabilities, experience with CRM and lead management tools, and an understanding of the IT services ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify prospective clients in target geographies (US, UK, EU, Middle East, APAC).
Generate qualified B2B leads for IT services offerings, including custom development, digital transformation, staff augmentation, and consulting.
Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other data sources for account and contact discovery.
Build and maintain a structured database of potential leads, regularly updating CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Support email campaigns, outreach sequences, and LinkedIn engagement in collaboration with the sales team.
Track key account activity, market trends, and prospect feedback to optimize lead targeting strategies.
Work closely with sales managers to improve conversion rates and refine ICP (ideal customer profile).
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in IT services or SaaS companies.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM systems, and lead prospecting tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Understanding of global IT services domains such as software development, DevOps, cloud, and staff augmentation.
Excellent communication and data organization skills.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced global teams.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with outbound email tools (Lemlist, Outreach.io, Mailshake, etc.).
Understanding of market segmentation and buyer personas.
Prior experience supporting international sales teams or working across time zones.
