As a Business Development Executive, you will: Build strong, meaningful relationships with real estate developers and brokers to showcase the value of Buildesks solutions. Identify and seize new market opportunities, leveraging your network and regional expertise. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed individual targets. Present, pitch, and negotiate deals with CXOs, Promoters, and Directors, driving them to closure. Provide insights that shape our offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success, satisfaction, and retention. Take on a consultative role, guiding clients to solutions that directly address their business challenges.
