We are currently building secure, scalable, and feature-rich blockchain based systems . We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to drive delivery excellence and ensure smooth execution of our product roadmap. Role Overview As a Software Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project planning and execution across our engineering, design, QA, and DevOps teams. You will be responsible for managing timelines, sprint cycles, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that every release meets business objectives and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage the execution of software development projects from concept to delivery. Translate product requirements into actionable tasks and allocate them across teams. Maintain and track project timelines, deliverables, and team workloads using tools like JIRA , Trello , or Notion . Conduct daily stand-ups , sprint planning , and retrospectives to ensure agile delivery cycles. Identify, manage, and communicate risks, delays, and blockers proactively. Coordinate across departments including Product, Development, QA, and Infrastructure. Report project status, progress, and KPIs to founders and stakeholders regularly. Drive continuous improvement in team collaboration, delivery velocity, and operational processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience managing software projects, with at least 1 year in Agile/Scrum environments . Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple teams or cross-functional squads. Strong understanding of SDLC, release cycles, and modern product delivery practices. Experience working in startups , fintech , or blockchain-related projects is a plus. Nice to Have Familiarity with crypto exchanges, trading systems, or blockchain fundamentals. Exposure to tools like JIRA , Confluence , GitHub Projects , or ClickUp .
