Role Overview

As a Software Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project planning and execution across our engineering, design, QA, and DevOps teams. You will be responsible for managing timelines, sprint cycles, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that every release meets business objectives and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the

  execution of software development projects

  from concept to delivery.
• Translate product requirements into actionable tasks and allocate them across teams.
• Maintain and track project timelines, deliverables, and team workloads using tools like

  JIRA

  Trello

  , or

  Notion

  .
• Conduct

  daily stand-ups

  ,

  sprint planning

  , and

  retrospectives

  to ensure agile delivery cycles.
• Identify, manage, and communicate risks, delays, and blockers proactively.
• Coordinate across departments including Product, Development, QA, and Infrastructure.
• Report project status, progress, and KPIs to founders and stakeholders regularly.
• Drive continuous improvement in team collaboration, delivery velocity, and operational processes.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing software projects, with

  at least 1 year in Agile/Scrum environments

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams or cross-functional squads.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, release cycles, and modern product delivery practices.
• Experience working in
