Role Overview: We're seeking an experienced Software Product Engineer II to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll work independently to drive technical initiatives while collaborating with executive leadership to align technical solutions with business objectives. You'll leverage AI-assisted tools and your expertise to deliver sophisticated AI-based software solutions that meet complex business requirements. What You'll Do: Lead technical design discussions and make key architectural decisions for software solutions Drive implementation of complex features independently while mentoring junior engineers Communicate project status, technical decisions, and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency Create and maintain technical documentation for system architecture and processes Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment Participate in high-level product strategy discussions Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 2+ years of professional software development experience Demonstrated experience with AWS services and cloud architecture Hands-on experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript) Experience in designing and implementing scalable distributed systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive stakeholders Strong project management and organizational abilities Technical Requirements: Deep expertise in AWS services and best practices for cloud architecture Knowledge of Machine learning frameworks and AI integration Production experience with Docker container deployment and management Kubernetes cluster management and deployment strategies Microservices architecture and design patterns CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation Performance optimization and monitoring Security best practices in cloud environments Preferred Skills: Experience with message queuing systems and event-driven architectures Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools Experience mentoring junior developers Experience working in agile development environment What We Offer: Opportunity to influence technical direction and strategy Leadership development opportunities Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and AI tools Collaborative, innovation-focused environment Regular interaction with executive leadership Influence on product roadmap and technical decisions Competitive salary Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Join us in leading the re-imagination of product engineering and shaping the future of software solutions!
