Software Product Demo Specialist

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Demonstrations

• Deliver structured demos for all Appo products (HRMS, LMS, School Management System, CRM, etc.).
• Tailor demos based on the prospect’s industry, size, and workflow.
• Convert demos into business conversations by highlighting ROI, efficiency, and simplicity.

2. Prospect Engagement

• Understand the customer’s needs, pain points, and priorities.
• Address product-related queries, objections, and scenario-based questions.
• Assist prospects in identifying the right modules and plans based on their business requirements.

3. Proposal & Documentation

• Prepare professional proposals covering pricing, scope, customisation, and deliverables.
• Maintain accuracy and clarity in proposals using predefined templates.
• Ensure quick turnaround time for sending, updating, and re-sharing proposals.

4. Reporting & Pipeline Tracking

• Maintain all activity in the CRM (demos scheduled, completed, proposals sent).
• Track demo success rate and follow-up actions.
• Provide weekly reports on demo outcomes and proposal conversions.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Prior experience in SaaS/CRM/ERP/HRMS or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Understanding of business processes (HR, operations, sales, education, etc.).
• High ownership, punctuality, and documentation discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects in parallel.
