Software Engineering Team Lead

What you’ll do:

• Lead a cross-functional team (Full-stack, Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps)

• Drive Agile delivery – sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives

• Own features from concept to production with strong SLAs & performance standards

• Review code, mentor engineers, and elevate engineering quality

• Collaborate with product & design to turn requirements into engineering plans

• Troubleshoot production issues and guide root-cause analysis

• Partner with Infra, DevOps, Data, and QA for seamless service delivery

• Champion CI/CD, automation, monitoring, logging, and scalable architecture

What we’re looking for:

✔ 6–10 years engineering experience, including 1–3 years team leadership

✔ Strong hands-on full-stack or backend expertise (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, etc.)

✔ Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker/K8s)

✔ Solid DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring & scaling experience

✔ Ability to mentor engineers and drive Agile execution

✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration skills

Bonus Skills:

• AI/ML experience

• Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Experience in regulated industries (finance/healthcare/data-privacy)

• Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, event-driven systems

• Serverless architectures (Lambda, Cloud Functions)
