Job Title: Software Development Team Lead

We are looking for a strong Tech Lead who can handle end-to-end development and take full ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full software development (Web, Mobile, Desktop) from 0–100%.

Lead team of developers, testers, designers & coordinate with clients.

Handle requirement analysis, project documentation, architecture & database design.

Deliver projects on time with strong time & team management.

Ensure code quality, version control, CI/CD & deployments.

Coordinate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and handle escalations.

Required Skills:

Strong in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)..

Proven track record of delivering 10–15 complete products/projects independently or as a lead.

Excellent written & verbal communication.

Strong team management, time management, and deadline discipline.

Practical understanding of DevOps workflows, CI/CD, deployments, environments, and server management.

Strong command over version control systems like Git.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of PHP, .NET, Python.

Exposure to mobile frameworks or desktop app technologies.
