Your primary responsibilities will include: - Being the initial point of contact for customers visiting our service centers, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. - Examining devices, diagnosing issues, and offering potential solutions to customers. - Coordinating with technicians to expedite device repairs or dispatches within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT). - Continuously updating your knowledge on the latest products and troubleshooting methods. - Proficiently using CRM and other online tools to streamline processes. - Maintaining accurate paperwork and documentation. - Delivering excellent customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
