Job Summary

The SDET Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining automation test suites using Java, Selenium, and Rest-Assured frameworks. The role involves driving automation-led quality initiatives across releases, defining robust test data strategies, and ensuring end-to-end quality in project deliveries. The SDET will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, estimate testing needs, plan resources, and manage test execution. This position requires both strong technical expertise and leadership in coordinating testing activities.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Strong hands-on experience in automation frameworks (Java, Selenium, Rest-Assured).

Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), specifically Java.

Ability to analyze requirements, estimate testing time, resources, and budget.

Skilled in test case design, test planning, and execution.

Experience in defining and implementing test data strategies.

Proven ability to assign and manage tasks across testing teams.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong management and leadership capabilities to drive team productivity and quality outcomes.
