Architect and implement advanced automated test frameworks and solutions using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Testim. Drive Shift-Left testing practices and mentor team members to integrate QA early in the development lifecycle. Conduct in-depth performance, scalability, and security testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and similar. Own and maintain quality metrics, ensuring that all deliverables meet established standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality and recommend process improvements. Provide technical leadership and training to junior and mid-level QA engineers.
