Role Title: QA (Automation & Manual) Location: Trivandrum / Mohali Experience: 7-14 Years Educational Qualification: Bachelor / Master’s degree in CS/ME/IT Role & Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of comprehensive testing strategies for complex web and mobile applications. Architect and implement advanced automated test frameworks and solutions using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Testim. Drive Shift-Left testing practices and mentor team members to integrate QA early in the development lifecycle. Conduct in-depth performance, scalability, and security testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and similar. Own and maintain quality metrics, ensuring that all deliverables meet established standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and deployment. Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality and recommend process improvements. Provide technical leadership and training to junior and mid-level QA engineers. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually refine and enhance QA processes. Desired Candidate Profile: Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Testim). Expertise in Shift-Left testing and CI/CD integration within Agile and DevOps environments. Advanced knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, and automated testing frameworks. Strong skills in performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Java for automation purposes. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead QA initiatives, mentor team members, and manage stakeholder expectations.
