Software Engineer in Test

Job Title: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Location: Remote Experience: 3+ Years CTC: Up to 12 LPA Key Responsibilities: -Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing. -Write clean, efficient, and testable code to automate repetitive test scenarios. -Collaborate with developers, product teams, and DevOps to ensure high-quality releases. -Implement and maintain continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines. -Analyze test outcomes, debug failures, and enhance test reliability and speed. -Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge automation tools and testing practices. Required Skills & Qualification: -3+ years of experience in automation testing and software development. -Proficient in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or JavaScript. -Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. -API testing knowledge with REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools. -Exposure to performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6. -Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments. -Experience with security testing is a plus. -Strong focus on writing testable code and improving automation efficiency.
