Software Engineer II

Responsible for supporting the maintenance, testing, and incremental improvement of network authentication and IP provisioning systems that enable large-scale connectivity. This role provides an opportunity to develop expertise in connectivity enablement systems, including RADIUS-based authentication and IP management applications.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

Assist in maintenance, testing, and deployment of connectivity-related backend systems.
Support debugging and troubleshooting activities for authentication and provisioning workflows.
Develop scripts and utilities for automation, data validation, and health checks.
Participate in incident analysis, documentation, and production support activities.
Collaborate with senior engineers to implement feature enhancements and improve reliability.

Leadership Skills

Demonstrates curiosity, accountability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
Takes initiative in completing assigned tasks and contributing to team goals.
Collaborates effectively with peers and follows guidance from senior team members.

Required Technical Skills

3–6 years of experience in software development or system operations.
Working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, IIS
Experience with version control systems.
Working knowledge with relational databases
Demonstrates willingness to learn and acquire additional programming languages and tools as needed.
Knowledge of Linux fundamentals with scripting (Python/Bash) preferred

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
