Software Engineer I - Dotnet / React

Responsibilities

• Build product features by solving clearly defined problems.
• Gradually take ownership of small modules/components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and readable code.
• Diagnose and fix bugs with guidance from senior engineers.
• Write basic automated tests to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with teammates, product managers, and clients.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Continuously learn tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in software development (internships, projects, or full-time roles).
• Hands-on experience through academic, personal, or early-stage product projects.
• Exposure to Git and basic development workflows.
• Strong fundamentals, learning attitude, and problem-solving mindset.
  

Frontend - ReactJS

• Good understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS.
• Familiarity with React Hooks and basic state management concepts.
• Strong fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and responsive UI development.
• Experience integrating frontend components with REST APIs
• Basic understanding of browser storage (Local Storage, Session Storage, Cookies).
• Exposure to unit testing using Jest or React Testing Library is a plus.
  

Backend - C#. NET:

• Good understanding of C# and. . NET Core fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with NET Core Web APIs
• Understanding of OOPS concepts and basic SOLID principles
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework Core or similar ORMs.
• Basic understanding of RESTful services and backend application flow.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, CI/CD, or authentication concepts is a plus.
  

Functional Skillset (Common For Both Roles)

• Comfortable working virtually using Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and improve continuously.
• Ownership mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
