● Engaged in testing and release deployment procedures. ● Monitoring application health and conducting debugging of error logs. ● .Facilitate strong communication between the Internal team and the Bank IB team. ● Provides Disaster Recovery (DR) Drill Support to the Bank Team. ● Managing customer complaints received through Mails. ● Provide on-call support ● Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system. ● Diagnose and troubleshoot software, and network issues. ● Provide step-by-step guidance to users for resolving problems. ● Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or relevant departments. ● Document support interactions, solutions, and system changes accurately. ● Install, configure, and update software components. ● Assist with account setup, password resets, and access permissions. ● Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks. ● Educate users on best practices and provide basic training when needed.
