Process Overview*

Client Facing Platform Technology team is responsible for technology that drives key client-facing platforms and channels across Consumer, Small Business, and GWIM including the Digital, Online, Mobile, Contact Center, Payments and Commerce, Fraud, Financial Center and ATM Technologies. Manages the bank’s award-winning websites and e-Commerce initiatives, leading the technology trends in virtual financial centers and new generation of ATM customer experience.

Job Description*

• This role requires a Java developer with development experience. Candidate will be responsible for Java based development and scripting routines, enhancing, and optimizing existing code, documenting best practices, adhere to coding standards and guidelines set by leads, develop automation and functional test plans. Candidate will be expected to analyze and troubleshoot automation/script execution issues and assist team in ongoing automation support and delivery efforts.
• Contributes to story refinement and planning required subtasks.
• Understanding story and gathering necessary details
• Ability to understand and use basic architectural components in solution development.
• Develops code, automated unit tests and deliver solution as per acceptance criteria.
• Get the developed code reviewed an address any issues.
• Executes automated testcases (integration, performance, and basic regression), collects results, ensures the code is working as per business need and record results, involve stakeholders in case of issues and take it to resolution.
• Ability to clearly document the instructions for deployment, configurations, maintenance and extend support needed for the release of functionality.
• Adheres to team’s delivery and release processes, scrum and release cadences, participates actively.

Responsibilities*

• Understand design, develop and release solutions to given requirement.
  • Get the developed code reviewed by right stakeholders like feature lead.
  • Support team members for technical challenges / domain process flow.
  • Involve in Design level / story level changes meeting with onsite team.
  • Participating in regular technical discussion calls.
• Develop understanding on Authentication mechanisms and architecture.
• Closely working with onsite team for deliverables (Feature grooming / story grooming / architecture design / sprint planning meetings), update status regularly in scrum meetings
• Innovate and develop Automated tools for faster development.

Requirements*

Education*

• B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
• Certifications If Any:

Experience Range*

• 2- 4 Years

Foundational Skills*

• At least 3+ years of experience in Development and delivering stories.
• 2+ years of experience in Java, Spring Framework, Oracle
• Basic Knowledge of Authentication Omni channels, Java authentication frameworks
• Understanding of OO design, good programming skills with Java
  
  • Knowledge of using one or multiple J2EE application servers
  • Experience of using relational database and SQL skills
  • Experience with development models such as Agile and SDLC
  • Knowledge of test driven development
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Familiar with development tools Bitbucket, Maven, Eclipse or similar tools
  • Experience working with the global delivery model
