Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to join our team at Pune. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Oracle EBS R12 with strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Shell Scripting, and various Oracle modules like Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, WMS, Financials, Install Base, and Depot Repair. This role requires excellent technical troubleshooting, development, and integration skills within the Oracle E-Business Suite ecosystem.Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 technical components including PL/SQL procedures, Oracle Forms & Reports, Shell Scripts, Web ADI, and Workflow.

Provide support and enhancements for multiple EBS modules including:

Order Management (OM)

Purchasing (PO)

Inventory (INV)

Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

General Ledger (GL)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Install Base (IB)

Depot Repair

Design and implement custom solutions and extensions based on business requirements.

Analyze functional and technical issues and provide timely solutions.

Develop and support data conversions, interfaces, reports, and custom workflows.

Collaborate with functional consultants, DBAs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of technical solutions.

Ensure adherence to development standards and documentation practices.

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and performance tuning initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

4+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant.

Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and data models.

Ability to independently design, develop, and troubleshoot complex customizations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

Exposure to Oracle Integration technologies (e.g., OAF, SOA, REST/SOAP APIs).

Experience with performance tuning of SQL/PLSQL.

Familiarity with documentation and version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
