Software Engineer (Frontend)

What will you do:

We’re looking for a skilled Software Developer (Frontend) with 3–4 years of experience who has hands-on expertise in React.js and Node.js. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build high-performance, scalable, and user-centric features for a fast-growing e-commerce platform.

You should have a strong grasp of UI/UX principles, mobile-first design, and be comfortable using AI-assisted tools and prompts to speed up development and problem-solving.

You should apply if you have

• Develop responsive, performant web applications using React.js with modern patterns (Hooks, Context API)
• Use Node.js/Express, NextJS for SSR, API interactions, and backend functionality where required
• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering for Code generation and refactoring Test case writing
• Documentation and changelogs
• Exploring alternate implementation strategies
• Work closely with product and design teams to bring intuitive UI/UX to life
• Optimize performance (lazy loading, SSR, caching) and ensure SEO-readiness
• Write unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest or Mocha
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving frontend architecture
• Experience integrating third-party services such as payment gateways, CRMs, and analytics tools.

• Require constant supervision or lack a proactive approach.
• Are not comfortable working from our Gurugram office.
• Don’t enjoy building scalable systems or solving customer-facing product problems.
• Lack of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks or backend development

Skills Required:

• React.js, Redux/Context API, Hooks
• Node.js, Express.js
• .Experience with State Management tools like Redux , Zustand , ReactQuery
• JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, REST APIs, Git, PostmanWebpack, Babel, Vite
• Unit testing with Jest / Mocha
• SEO and performance optimization (SSR, Lighthouse, Core Web VitaIs)

Mandatory:

• Proficiency in AI-based development workflows
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cody, or similar tools
• Ability to write clear, targeted prompts for AI to assist with code, tests, documentation, or debugging
• Use AI ethically, efficiently, and responsibly in daily development

Nice to Have:

• TypeScript
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or performance-heavy web apps
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel
