Role Description – Software Engineer (Windows Applications)

This is a full-time / part-time, hybrid role

Key Responsibilities

·        Design, develop, test, and maintain Windows applications

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements

·        Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

·        Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues

·        Optimize performance and ensure application quality

·        Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices

Qualifications (Must-Have)

Strong experience in Windows development with C#

DevExpress

Proficiency in .NET technologies

·        Knowledge of WPF (preferred / added advantage)

·        Web MVC (added advantage)

Additional Qualifications

·        Solid foundation in computer science and software engineering principles

·        Proficiency in back-end web development and programming

·        Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

·        Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

·        Ability to work both independently and within a team

·        Good communication and collaboration skills

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)

·        Prior experience in Windows application development is a plus
