Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Design and implement terminal-based coding challenges
to benchmark AI agents in real-time problem-solving.
Create
interactive, judge-style environments
that run test cases, validate correctness, and monitor performance under time/memory constraints.
Develop problems across algorithmic domains such as
graph theory, dynamic programming, greedy algorithms, and debugging tasks
.
Simulate competitive programming conditions, including
time limits, incremental hints, and multiple submissions
.
Collaborate with AI research teams to define
difficulty tiers, evaluation rubrics, and reward functions
.
Continuously evolve problem sets from
beginner-level challenges to advanced system simulations
.

Requirements

Strong track record in
competitive programming contests
(ICPC, Codeforces, LeetCode, AtCoder, HackerRank, etc.).
Proficiency in
Python, C++, or Go
, with comfort in
terminal-based coding environments
.
Expertise in
algorithms, data structures, and systems-level problem solving
.
Experience designing
online judge problems, sandboxed environments, or contest infrastructure
.
Passion for exploring how
AI agents solve complex, real-world programming tasks
.
Strong creativity to design reproducible and progressively difficult challenges.
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
