About Us:

BannaAI Realty is building a next-generation AI-driven platform to redefine India’s real estate industry — combining data, automation, and intelligence into one unified ecosystem.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for our first and most crucial team member: a Founding Engineer & Technical Architect who will design and build our technology foundation from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership over architecture and execution.

Responsibilities:

Architect and develop our backend using Python (FastAPI).
Set up GCP infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes (GKE).
Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, MongoDB).
Automate deployments via CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate on technical hiring and team growth.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering.
Deep expertise in Python, FastAPI/Django, and system architecture.
Strong Cloud & DevOps experience (GCP/AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker).
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or equivalent.
Startup builder mindset with end-to-end ownership approach.
Bonus: Exposure to AI/ML integration.
