Experience required - 1-3 years

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Tech/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience in

  Java, Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns

• Deep understanding of

  JVM internals

  (class loading, memory management, transaction management, multithreading)
• Experience with

  Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture (MSA)

• Proficiency in

  SQL/MySQL, ORM, caching concepts, event-driven programming

• Familiarity with collaboration tools (

  Git, Jira, Confluence, Slack

  )
• Ability to work closely with

  product, legal, and business stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• Good understanding of

  agile methodologies

• Experience with

  cloud technologies, distributed systems, AWS/Linux

• Exposure to building

  highly scalable, fault-tolerant software

• Domain knowledge in

  FinTech / E-commerce

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop

  high-volume, low-latency backend applications

  for mission-critical systems
• Write well-structured, testable, and efficient code; review and debug team members’ work
• Prepare and release software components on schedule
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies and solutions
• Analyze user requirements and prioritize tasks across the SDLC
• Ensure applications are

  secure, scalable, and up to date

• Break down complex problems into smaller tasks for effective execution
