Develop AI agents

for customer experience use cases (discovery, support, and lead qualification) with prompt engineering, memory handling, and tool integrations.

Enable multi-agent workflows

using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel for cooperative task execution.

Implement user context

models leveraging chat history and artifact references for personalized experiences.

Drive agentic evaluation

by building workflows, scoring systems, and dashboards to measure performance and reliability.

Create reusable templates

and modular components for rapid deployment across business units.

Manage the lifecycle & monitoring

with automated observability tools and performance tracking.

Continuous improvement

through human-in-the-loop feedback, retraining, and structured experimentation.

Ensure governance & maintenance

for compliance, drift detection, and knowledge base updates.

Handle deployment,

including versioning, testing pipelines, and collaboration with DevOps and QA for scalable rollouts.⸻

What You Need To Succeed

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.3+ years of experience building scalable backend systems using Python.Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.Familiarity with agentic design principles and evaluation processes.Ability to debug, optimize, and design for testability.Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.Curiosity and passion for AI-driven innovation.⸻
