Job Details

Responsibilities

● Build services and platforms which power TD AI

● Understand, follow and contribute to TD AI's standards for the software development life cycle

● Work closely with the product and tech team to deliver efficient, maintainable and unit-tested software

● Collaborate with product & business teams to understand customer journeys and solve problems that help TD AI grow.

● Lead microservice-based architecture and design of new and old systems and has a good record of time estimate vs actual delivery & work on cloud infrastructures like GCP, AWS, etc

● Drive product and design discussions

● Elevate the skills of the team through technical mentorship

● Own a functional area from product conception to delivery including the documentation, code quality, UT coverage, etc

● Participate in code reviews, writing tech specs, and collaborating closely with others.

Requirements

● Strong problem-solving skills and a fast learner

● Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms

● At least 3+ years of experience working in a product company

● At least 4+ years of experience in Back-end development.

● Proficient in at least one programming language like Java, C#, Python or GoLang

● Experience working with different kinds of data stores - SQL, NoSQL, etc and queuing systems

● Should have extensive experience in the development and contribution of backend architecture, system designs, and design of distributed systems & microservices

● Experience in working in application logging and monitoring systems like Prometheus

● Should know how to improve the performance of backend systems.

● Good grasp of fundamentals of computer science and web development

● A team player and should be able to give and receive constructive feedback

● A passion for learning new technologies to deliver exceptional products.
