About Us

We are an early-stage startup building a next-generation real estate marketplace connecting

builders, seller agents, and customers in a seamless, digital-first platform. Our goal is to

launch an MVP within 3–4 months using a lean, agile team and modern AI-assisted

development workflows.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, can

independently deliver features end-to-end, and is comfortable working with AI-assisted coding

and deployment tools to accelerate development.

Role Responsibilities

As our Full-Stack Engineer, you will:

- Work with the founder to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

- Own the design, development, testing, and deployment of the application.

- Develop a scalable frontend (Next.js/React) and backend (Node.js/NestJS).

- Design and implement Database Schemas (MySQL, MongoDB).

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to enable seamless data exchange

across systems.

- Integrate authentication & role-based access (Builders, Agents, Customers) via

Auth0/Supabase.

-Build core features: property listings, search & filters, messaging/inquiries, dashboards.

Set up CI/CD pipelines and deploy on Vercel (frontend) and AWS (backend).

- Write automated tests (unit + integration) using modern frameworks.

- Collaborate with designer(s) to implement UI/UX.

- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for scalability and

security.

Ensure clean documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 4+ years full stack development experience

Frontend: Strong experience with React / Next.js●

Backend: Proficiency in Node.js (Express/NestJS).

Database: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL

APIs: REST (GraphQL is a plus).

Authentication: OAuth2, JWT, or third-party auth providers (Auth0, Supabase).

DevOps: Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).

Testing: Unit testing (pytest/Jest), E2E testing (Playwright/Cypress).

Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab workflows.

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

- Experience in real estate, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.

- Familiarity with ElasticSearch for property search.

- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, ChatGPT).

- Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Vercel, Render, Supabase).

- Startup/lean team experience — ability to ship quickly with limited resources.
