Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Software Developer with

5+ years

of experience to drive backend and frontend development. You’ll architect robust payment systems, integrate third-party services, and optimize platform performance—all while owning

3% equity

in our high-growth venture.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using

Laravel

and

Core PHP

. - Design responsive UIs with

Bootstrap

and ensure seamless user experiences. - Build and consume

REST APIs

for internal/external systems. - Integrate payment gateways(Razorpay, Cashfree, Airpay, Easebuzz, etc.) and ensure PCI compliance. - Implement third-party integrations (e.g., Bank APIs,SMS, analytics, KYC services). - Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and maintain code quality. - Collaborate with product/design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Technical Requirements Mandatory

: - 5+ years in PHP development with expertise in

Laravel

and

Core PHP.

- Proficiency in

Bootstrap

, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Hands-on experience with

REST API

design, development, and integration. - Proven track record in

fintech

& payment gateway integrations (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree, Airpay). - Experience with third-party API integrations (e.g., authentication, analytics, cloud services). - Strong knowledge of MySQL, Git, and MVC architecture. - Preferred: - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). - Understanding of security best practices (OWASP, data encryption). - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
