About the Role

We're looking for a Software Developer who’s excited to build scalable, high-performance applications that directly impact real lives. You’ll work alongside a talented team of engineers, designers, and product managers to develop new features, optimize performance, and solve complex challenges as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software applications and APIs
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Debug, fix, and optimize existing codebases and workflows
• Participate in regular code reviews and design discussions
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in software development
• Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality results on time

Requirements

• 0–1 year of hands-on experience in software development
• Strong programming fundamentals (OOP, data structures, algorithms)
• Proficiency in one or more languages: JavaScript, Python, Java, Node, PHP, etc.
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and backend/frontend development concepts
• Understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with frameworks like React, Node.js, or Django
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms like AWS/GCP
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Interest in building tech for social good or platforms that impact lives
