Job Title: Software Developer (Frontend Development)

Location: Bangalore

Reporting to: Sr Manager

The Global Gen AI Team at Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) is tasked with constructing competitive solutions utilizing Gen AI techniques. These solutions aim to extract contextual insights and meaningful information from our enterprise data assets. The derived data-driven insights play a pivotal role in empowering our business users to make well-informed decisions regarding their respective products.

2) Key tasks & accountabilities

• Develop Engaging Interfaces: Build responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces that deliver a seamless and visually appealing user experience across devices.
• Component Development: Design and develop reusable, modular UI components and libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across the application.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality code that adheres to design guidelines.
• UI State Management: Implement efficient state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand) for smooth user interactions.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, including reducing load times and improving rendering performance.
• Responsive Design: Ensure that web applications are responsive and work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure consistent behavior and appearance of web applications across different browsers and platforms.

3) Qualifications, Experience, Skills

Level of educational attainment required

Academic degree in, but not limited to, Bachelors or Masters in CA, CS, or any engineering discipline.

Previous work experience

Beyond academic degrees, we give more weightage to 4+ years of real-world experience to develop scalable & high-quality software.

Must Have Skills

• Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with React (including Next.js) and related ecosystem libraries (e.g., React Router, React Query).
• Solid understanding of state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with component-driven development using reusable, modular design patterns.
• Familiarity with styling frameworks and methodologies like CSS Modules, Tailwind CSS, Styled
• Components
• Proficiency with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
• Good understanding of Git, including branching models, code linting, and adhering to coding style

Guidelines.

• Experience with performance optimization techniques for web applications, including lazy loading,
• dynamic imports, and bundle analysis.
