This is an opportunity to design and build new analytics applications using OCI technology.As a Member of Technical Staff engineer, you will be responsible for developing data-centric applications, using AI/ML models to enhance insights provided to our customers. You will implement the complete SDLC , development, testing, first class monitoring, to production.
Responsibilities
As part of the software engineering division, you will utilize your foundational to intermediate understanding of software architecture to carry out tasks related to developing, debugging, and designing software applications or operating systems, guided by provided design specifications. You will implement enhancements within existing architectures and, at times, recommend improvements.Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing, designing, coding, debugging, testing, and modifying new software or enhancements with attention to software capabilities
- Consulting with stakeholders to understand current functionality and assess the complexity of adding new features
- Debugging complex issues that involve multiple modules, intricate concurrency, or low-level challenges
- Proposing process improvement initiatives related to development, deployment, or application monitoring
- Sharing knowledge within the team through coaching, technical presentations, and blogs
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to write great code in Java, Python, or similar OO languages.
- Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Data Engineering architecture and services, such as Data Warehouse, Data Lakes, Data Integration, Data Flow, and Apache Spark.
- Experience with telemetry, observability, and analytics tool/applications, such as ELK, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk.
- Experience using and building CI/CD pipelines with git-based repositories.
Bonus Points:
- Customer-facing experience regarding UX design.
- Experience with AI/ML implementation
- Experience with Oracle OCI services.
- Experience in HealthCare space.
