Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough 

  market research

   to identify potential clients, sectors, and new business opportunities
• Generate leads through 

  cold calling

  , 

  email campaigns

  , 

  LinkedIn outreach

  , and other digital channels
• Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) to present services and close deals
• Work closely with the technical and sales team to 

  handover qualified leads smoothly

• Develop and maintain strong relationships

   with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Track and report on 

  lead conversion rates

  , pipelines, and performance metrics
• Contribute to 

  sales strategies

   and support marketing campaigns
• Stay up to date with 

  industry trends

  , 

  competitor activities

  , and market shifts
• Maintain CRM records, proposals, and follow-ups effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

   in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years

   of experience in IT sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
• Excellent 

  communication

  , 

  presentation

  , and 

  negotiation skills

• Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently

   as well as in a team
• Comfortable with using tools like LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and CRMs
