Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals and client needs.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
Oversee software development teams, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Collaborate with product management, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC, etc.).
Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, analytics) and drive adoption where relevant.
Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards for technology delivery.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for applications and platforms.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to cross-functional teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
12+ years of progressive experience in application development and technology leadership roles.
Proven expertise in enterprise application design, SaaS platforms, cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong background in architecture, databases, API integrations, and cybersecurity practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage large-scale technology projects.
Knowledge of legal tech, billing systems, or compliance platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
