Software Architect -Technology

As a technology leader at our company, you will be responsible for defining and executing the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals and client needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications, covering design, development, deployment, and maintenance. - Overseeing software development teams to ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. - Collaborating with product management, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC. - Evaluating emerging technologies like AI, automation, cloud, and analytics and driving their adoption where relevant. - Establishing and monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards for technology delivery. - Managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations for applications and platforms. - Providing technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to cross-functional teams. - Driving cost optimization in technology operations while maintaining performance standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 12+ years of progressive experience in application development and technology leadership roles. - Proven expertise in enterprise application design, SaaS platforms, and cloud solutions such as AWS/Azure/GCP. - Strong background in architecture, databases, API integrations, and cybersecurity practices. - Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage large-scale technology projects. - Knowledge of legal tech, billing systems, or compliance platforms is highly desirable. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
