Software Architect (Python/ Flask/ AI) - FinTech

About the role:

• Architect and develop the Next Gen AI-powered Consumer Messaging App

• Design microservices and APIs for message ingestion, classification, and contextual recommendations.

• Build AI and NLP pipelines for entity extraction, categorization, and message summarization.

• Integrate LLMs and RAG frameworks (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) for contextual understanding and user-facing intelligence.

• Implement semantic and hybrid search using FAISS, Milvus, or OpenSearch for message discovery and personalization.

• Work closely with Android and iOS teams to deliver a next-generation mobile experience with real-time sync and notifications.

• Define data privacy, encryption, and compliance frameworks to protect consumer information.

• Build APIs for contextual actions like tracking, bill reminders, payments, or coupon activation within the app.

• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to align system capabilities with user experience (UX) goals.

• Lead POCs and technical innovation for personalization, summarization, and intelligent message management.

• Research and evaluate new AI frameworks and open-source technologies for production use.

• Support production deployments and troubleshooting across AWS, GCP, and on-prem environments

• Lead experiments, training, and fine-tuning of AI/LLM models to improve personalization and recommendations

Good to have:

• 7–10 years of experience in software design, architecture, and AI integrations.

• Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices.

• Strong understanding of data structure and algorithms, Python programming language.

• Hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI/Flask), MySQL, and MongoDB.

• Proven experience in AI/ML model integration and NLP pipelines.

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and semantic/hybrid search frameworks.

• Familiarity with vector databases like FAISS, Milvus or Pinecone.

• Exposure to mobile app architecture (Android/iOS) and real-time communication systems.

• Deep understanding of security, data privacy, and multi-tenant architectures.

• Passion for building AI-driven consumer apps that simplify complex information.
