Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct needs assessments:
Analyze training needs within the organization to identify skill gaps and develop targeted programs.
Design and develop training programs:
Create customized, engaging, and interactive training content and curriculum for various soft skills topics.
Deliver training:
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions, both in-person and virtually, using a variety of modern techniques.
Create training materials:
Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and manuals.
Evaluate training effectiveness:
Measure the impact of training through participant feedback, performance monitoring, and other evaluation methods.
Collaborate with stakeholders:
Partner with HR, department managers, and other stakeholders to align training with business goals and support employee development.
Monitor progress:
Track and report on participant progress and overall training outcomes.
