Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Conduct soft skills training sessions for students on topics such as:

o  Communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)

o  Teamwork and collaboration

o  Time management and productivity

o  Confidence building and interview readiness

o  Leadership and workplace etiquette

  •  Develop or customize training materials suitable for student audiences.
  •  Engage students through interactive activities, role-plays, and exercises.
  •  Provide feedback to students to help them improve their skills.
  •  Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive learning environment during sessions.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a soft skills trainer, corporate trainer, or educator for students.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
  • Experience in career readiness, placement preparation, or personality development training is a plus.


Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Patience and adaptability for student audiences
  • Creativity in training methods and exercises
  • Time management and organizational skills
